Might be a bit superficial for any "proper" movie fans, but i watched Law Abiding Citizen the other day and really enjoyed it, good thriller, no major stars in it.
Also saw Observe and Report....what a pile of shite

I quite fancy watching 'Law Abiding Citizen' and do have it on my PC home, just not got around to it as yet. It has wats his face out of 300 in it. I imagine it will be better then 'Gamer' anyhow ;D
Just watched 'The Road' today. Very sobering and sad but I enjoyed it. It's one of those movies where not much happens so I do expect that the usual movie goer would find it dull. I guess I kind of spoilt myself because I am currently half way through the book at the moment but the film left me wanting to know more so I found myself reaching for the book again straight after watching.
So we all got around to watching 'Avatar' yet? It's doing very well in the box office so someone here as well as me must have seen it. ;D

Avatar is a film You MUST see at the cinema! Well worth the 15 years it took James Cameron to do. You can see why he had to wait for technology to progress for him to make it. Excellent story and obviously the special effects are flawless........Me being a fantasy/scifi fan got totally immersed and felt like I was there with them. Got vertigo when they was up in the home tree............wow just amazing and cannot wait for dvd to come out!

Watched "The White Ribbon" last night. It's German, subtitled and not what you would call a jolly film but worth a look for those avid film fans amongst us. It's a sort of who dunnit sort of...
Also watched "Ghost Town" which was a lot better than I thought it would be. It's a rom-com about a man who sees dead people the man being Ricky Gervais.

Just watched an independent British movie called Skeletons, off the wall subject matter, brilliant acting and script really enjoyed it.
Unfortunately I am now watching Iron Man 2 which I am finding extremely annoying, avoid.

Did I mention "Disappearance of Alice Creed" and "Perrier's Bounty"?
Both excellent Indie films.

Men in Black 3D is awesome! Bit dubious about 3d films but got to say it's brilliant! Our showcase uses the "4g" technology and it looks good film got a good story with the usual comedy and a cute bit at the end awwwwww bwess.
