Havent been to a gig in years last one was to watch a group called 'The Hamsters' they play blues mostly, some Hendrix as well, lead guitarist does a mean 'Star Spangled Banner'

I like me rock music, but like tons of other stuff too - reggae, 70s funk, jazz, old-school hip hop...

Likewise, well into my Jazz Funk of the late 70s Early 80s also Reggae (Roots Style).
Went through a patch in late 80s early 90s well into the rave scene Happy Mondays, Stone Roses, Primal Scream and the early House/Acid House.
Bowie is my Favourite love the guys music, although not to keen on the stuff he did with Tin Drum.

Yeah me also had many a great weekend in the early days of Rave, but as with all good things it becomes over commercialised and once it stopped being underground i stopped going

Yup me too. Was living in Sheffield in those days and went to some fantastic "warehouse" parties... long before the term "rave" was even used!
