I have been trying to change my avatar and for some reason once i paste the url in and click on Modify Profile nothing happens. Can someone help me pleeeeaaaasse ;D  |

Ignore all the url= crap at the beginning and just paste the last http:// bit at the end of the link it should work, mine did.

Whats the url of the image, and are you using the Imageshack built in uploader, or getting the link from somewhere else?

Are you entering the avatar size after uploading it? If you have succesfully uploaded it, do you have a copy of the URL.

Can't seem to get it to work! This is the url I'm using in my profile. I set the size to 100x100 and press modify but the next time I go into my profile it's empty in the url. www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5825206Any advice please. |

Managed to get it working by using imageshack instead.
Don't know why the putfile address doeasn't work. Anyone know?

It's because the link was to the page not the image... If you right clicked on the image... properties... and then copied and pasted the Address (URL) that should have worked... Something like that anyway  |

I tried what u said and that works.
The putfile page gives u the url but when u use it it doesn't work on the forum.
Anyway, just right-clicked, properties and copied the url from there and it works.
Oh well.
