Hi,

I'm based in the UK, and, well to put it honestly, used to be good at this sort of stuff.

However, I found pubs, women, playing rugby, and that awful thing called work, kind of took over. So here I am now, a decade on, the controller has too many buttons, everything is 3D, and surround sound, and I am awful at pretty much everything.

I am sick of being beaten by the people I probably would have been if Live was about then, so as a self-acclaimed convert to poor gaming, I hope I can find some people that will beat me, but not make me feel like I shouldn't have bothered in the first place!

Gears Of War is good fun, and I've just got Lost Planet and Test Drive. Failing that you can have some (Viva) Pinata's, I've got loads of them!

welcome to the forum, chuck some fr out to people that have similar games (there's a list somewhere) and best to write a quick message like cam suggested.

Oh and there's a TDU club that you can join if you want (There's a list of clubs somewhere on the forum too.)

Already got sorted with some new friends, even had a few games of GoW and got absolutely stuffed! Was applauded for my badness. And didn't feel like a tit talking to anyone. Happy times.

And as for my first post, didn't realise most people are from the UK, i'm an idiot, i'll admit it. I live near Milton Keynes, that's probably better.

Glad you enjoyed the games last night. That was my local 'crew' you were playing with they're a good laugh but sometimes take things a bit more serious than most here - hence us getting our arses kicked last night LOL!
