lan party feb 2013

Hi Lan fans!

@ the request of the mighty Moog (and Lizzie) I have started to look into a Epic Lan party for 2013.

Looking at Saturday Feb 23rd 2013 as a provisional date but this will be subject to venue and peoples availability to attend.

Researching some venues and as last time booking a table/s at a local pub for a slap up meal in the evening.

Ok gaming fans the venue is sorted!

Its the Royal Mail Cart pub! Talked to the landlord this morning (with Maxx) and the deal is:


We can set up in one of the bars for FREE! he will shut it off and we can set up at 9 am onwards and use it all day. Refreshments obviously available from the bar all day .........tea coffee .......BEER!

They have 3 double rooms available for £25/night and a restaurant as well so evening meal catered for as well. The landlord showed us the rooms and they are tidy & clean although you will need to take something for breakfast as it's room only but there is tea making facilities in the communal lounge. We could book the rooms for you or we can send you the contact number.
