Hi everybody just thought I would say hello and introduce myself My name is Paul and I’m 44 years old and have had my Xbox for about 14 months now but was put off playing online very early on in my live experience But after finding this forum and meeting a pretty decent guy while playing Gow on the free gold weekend last week I’ve taken the plunge and bought a 12month gold membership. Hope I’ve got the right idea about what this forum is all about. I’m hoping its going to help me to meet other not so expert players and hopefully find a bunch of friendly folk with no screaming abusive little kids, who can shoot the nuts off a fly at 200 yards while eating their tea and doing homework at the same time. Who along with myself take the "oh dear, we lost again" attitude to gaming while having fun and swopping tips and generally having a fun time. So If you like a few beers and aren’t bothered about dying a lot on GoW ( like me ) or any of the other games I have then the more the merrier . I work nights so normally go on any time between 7am and about 9ish

C'mon in, the water's lovely. This bunch of guys and girls are good though - I certainly wouldn't be bothering with Live if it wasn't for the Bluebloods!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys so have i got this right do i just start reading through all the various posts on here and basically just look for people who play the same kind of games as me and then click on their game card tag thing and send them a friend request. Or is their another way for me to start building up my live friends list cos as you can see from my tag after over a year I've only got 2 two friends on Xbox live :-( but hopefully my whole xbox live experience is about to be transformed with the help of this forum so ant tips tricks or advice would be most welcome

Hi there, sorry it's taken so long to say hello & welcome. Quite simply, I probably wouldn't be playing online had I not found this site and met the great people here. Many different games played by everyone from latest releases to classic oldies. Have a look at peoples gamercards online to get an idea of what there playing lately, for me, it;s Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (R6V2), CoD:WaW, Forza 2 in the main, but willing to humiliate myself in many other games ;D Always happy to receive FR's from new BB's but as Dandy said, let people know you met them on this site 'cos I've had 2 FR's lately & haven't got a clue who they were from, so they got deleted Hopefully see you online at some point, happy gaming

Welcome Have to admit that since being in the clan about a month now (haven't played on line) it's not easy near the Christmas period. The forum is great though and I can honestly say that no one ignores or shirks any questions asked. A good bunch of guys. I was in the same boat as you with only 2 Friends on my list but after about a week the list has vastly increased. ;D Just click on any of the tags under the posts to send a FR. Make sure you have BB included in the request or gamer comment and you're away.

Howdo. Welcome to the Clan Blueblood. I'm usually on late post 9pm until the midnight oil has well and truly burned away so may only bump into you at weekends.
Feel free to send me an FR just in case and I'll help introduce you to some other people if I can (assuming we have the same games of course). Not all on my friends list are BBs but they are all good people.
