It's very good and the games are fun. Bit of a surprise as I hadn't stepped on a weighing scales in ages, convinced it was wrong 'til my wife tried it and said "Yep, that's about right". Bugger. The Muscle (press-up, squats, leg extension, leg twist) and Yoga (breathing, half-moon,Tree etc) training exercises are more the serious side and some exercises are quite simple, others are borderline impossible. Pretty much everything on these two is balance based. Aerobic and Balance games are a bit more light hearted but can still be difficult. If, like me you're balance isn't great (knee ligaments, rugby : not a great mix) then a lot of the exercises can be difficult but they're similar to exercises I've had before from physio's. Still loads to unlock but getting a bit in each day. Want to unlock snowboarding as it might be more fun than slalom skiing, but even the skiing is great fun. Just don't do the ski jumping after a few drinks, a workmate tried it after the Chelsea v Liverpool match, he overbalanced and almost cracked his head on the floor.

I've unlocked everything - great fun. The final balance game I unlocked made me giggle once I realised what it was I have similar balance/ligament issues from years of contact sports, so my daughter makes me look useless on the balance games like Ski Jump. The snowboarding and slalom are both equally tricky, but fun. I sometimes do the 'Jogging' game on my exercise bike, just holding the Wiimote and moving my arms up and down in time with my legs - makes for a hard workout and I love it. I need to drop another stone (lost 7lbs since I got Wii Fit) so I mainly do the aerobic workouts. Both Steps as a warm up, followed by the final advanced Rhythm Boxing then a Hula Hoop then the Island Run (about 9 minutes or so) and a step cool down. That usually adds up to about 34 minutes, then I play on the balance games or do some Yoga. Best fitness aid I ever bought

I bought "Family Ski" now too - it works with the Wii Fit board and lets you steer your skier by leaning. Any exercise is good exercise in my book I noticed too that they are remaking "Skate" for the Wii Fit board, I shall be buying that when it's released. I can't do the skateboard games that want loads of button combos, but standing on the Wii Fit and flicking the controller to Ollie? I can do that! (On a side note, I shall be buying Tiger09 on the 360 AND on the Wii, mainly for the exercise and the fact that they've fixed the swing on the Wii this year so it feels more like real golf...)

We've hardly played with ours in a while... I fear the Wii Fit board will be very upset with us if we try to go back on it.
Most of the time I'm too tired to have a play and when I did I kept falling off the damn thing with those yoga exercises.
