Cheers mate, you're right they are fantasic live! Over 80,000 people there with me squashed somewhere in the middle. It was my first gig in along while and i forgot all about the mystery game of wondering if it's really beer or piss running down the side of my face. I went to Wembley on the Friday and i am now abit gutted to read that Led Zep's Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones made an appearance on Saturday night to team up for a couple of tunes. Tbh i can't complain as it was a fantastic day and a memory i will always enjoy. At the end of it all they had one of the biggest and most impressive firework displays i have even seen above the stadium. Really blown away by it, perfect finish! Right now for something a little bit more chilled... Radiohead in Manc on the 29th!

Well - glad you enjoyed it - I'd have loved to have gone. Gotta wait for V festival for my music fix. Have you seen MUSE live? If not - do it - no tours this year except V but if they do over the next few years - they are worth every penny. Shame about Led Zep on the sat but **** happens. When I was at Leeds festival last year - the lads I went with went to the bar - I didn't see them for about an hour or so later - turned out they had just happened across a secret gig by the Kaiser Chiefs there!!! Gutted!!!

A few of us from work went to see "Never The Bride" last night at Ruislip. As usual they were superb and if fame and fortune were based on sheer talent then they really would be rich beyond their wildest dreams. Highly recommended - Have a listen www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjUU0eLwV0Mwww.neverthebride.com/

I've got a nice few months of gigs lined up
Florence & The Machine Gomez Rodrigo y Gabriela Maximo Park
oh and for anyone who lives near Suffolk I can highly recommend going to the Jimmy's (he of Jimmy's Farm) Harvest Festival. Went the other weekend and I think it's the nicest festival I've ever been to, full of families, great food and awesome cider. Only admits about 3,000 people so just a nice way to spend a day. They also had a load of famous chefs giving cooking demonstrations (jamie Oliver, Rachel Allen etc). Oh and you can buy some lovely sausages and they'll look after them until it's home time ;D
