Right, picked up a PS3 today, played some games and added a couple of friends. Thing is I've got used to XBox Live, Friends on Live and Live Marketplace. I've noticed the most obvious differences but have probably only scratched the surface.
Can those with a few more months of the PS3 under their belts fill me in on the differences I might not have noticed, give me some tips etc? Probably the main thing so far is online play and friends, what can I and can't I do that I could on the XBox?
All help is very welcome.

what do you need to know exactly mate? you can play on line you can chat on line there is also a marketplace of sorts, the only issue is its all a bit backward and more difficult to do than it is on the 360

I'm getting more used to it now, the main problem is the online side of things. The store is a pain to navigate but the friends system is seriously clunky. Need to dig up my old bluetooth headset before I venture online, not tried that yet. All said, the games I do have are excellent apart from Lair, the sixaxis isn't up there with the Wii.
Just remembered, hence the modified post. Is there a website like xbox.com? It's handy for looking what games your friends have etc.
