Like to post on this forum for a year!!!!
With the advancing years comes receding memory and hairlines.
Anyway, how do, I'm Chris and basically as with a lot of people on this forum, I'm generally tired of getting virtual sand kicked in my face by prepubescent swift-thumbed youngsters.
Loving COD4 and PGR4 at the minute.
Will try to get some FR's sent out to folk, hopefully it won't take another year. Now..............where did I leave my controller, I know it's here somewhere.

I was teasing - a bunch of us decided to stay in one building and snipe the other team. The other team were trashy, teenage American's and they were getting quite cross at our camping strategy.

Soz about the teasing.... I just remembered that last night a guy joined a guy who was at level 53 !!!! in COD4. Amazing. He was telling that he had only one challenge left to complete. He was going round kicking ass just with a pistol - and he won the lobby just with that. Scary. he killed me in the head several times despite me machine gunning him -> guess those perks at the upper levels are real tasty.

In one of the games i played in last night i ended up being on the same team as some Italian Clan, never mind being a noob to the game i had some guys gibbering on at me in italian and ended up in the middle of a friendly air strike at least twice!! Still i managed to open up a couple more games other than deathmatch and standard battle. The laser sight makes such a difference as well.

Doing short bursts also helps a lot with accuracy, though I find emptying the clip on one of the big machine guns in one go very cathartic (adjective version of the word, see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cathartic for the other meaning). Even better with Deep Impact cos you can get people through wall ;D

Missing the COD4 on-line stuff cos I played Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon and that doesn't go down well with the other half

However, I've earned some brownie points this morning as I did some food shopping this morning on the way back from being called out at 04:30 even though the voice in my head was saying "you could sneak a couple of hours in before anyone wakes up"

i know what every body means about other half.
