There is an arrange a game thread in the Games board. If anyone wants to arrange a game posts details, under the relevant date, in the format in the first post including game, time, console (360 or Xbox), host and anything you want in the notes section. I usually go in and tart things up a bit afterwards. You can post up to a week in advance.
You can also post in short notice in the 'arrange a game for today' thread. So if you are about to go on Burnout for example say "Going on Burnout in 5mins" or whatever. I tidy that thread each day so it doesn't get confusing.
