Okay, it's the Notts County takeover. The chairman is giving some details on the proposed takeover. I'm certain it's not the chairman's fault but given the name of the club, the location of the interview in the stadium, what's on the seats of the stand behind; the Sky News cameraman may have to answer some questions with regards to how he framed the shot.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=5W0cUiOMPfEProblems start at around the 17 seconds mark...
