The wall mounted filter I put in before seems to have brought my speeds back up to where they were before. I'd like to know why they dropped in the first place though.

Bit disappointed here. I live a couple miles from Watford Exchange, previously I lived a quarter mile from Amersham Exchange, so got the full whack 8Mbps. Still, it does its job alright. I also wouldn't trust Speedtest.net's ping - 60ms to the London server? If that were true I wouldn't be able to play anything online by the time it pings around the world.
