(On the lighter side of the news, the op went perfectly and my new hip should allow me to go back to doing all the things I used to enjoy; football, squash, badminton, swimming etc. but right now ........ oooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww it bloody hurts

Remember to do your physio exercises - even if it hurts. The old addage of no pain, no gain is true when getting over hip/knee replacements

got an old mondeo one of the engines is non interference so doesnt affect valves and am hoping its mine not the 1.8

Went to loads Gears yesterday and it hung, when I re-booted my Gears profile had been wiped!!!!

I've lost my MP rank, my kills have been reset to 0, I was less than 100 rounds away from my 1999 rounds achievement and I was only 3 rounds short of completing my 50 waves of horde on one of the snowbound maps, #*!!@?
