GRRRRRRRRRRR! Bloody 3 red lights of death!!! And I thought I had a good 'un, it was still my first console going strong! Even got minus points on my Halo 3 rating because it died whilst I was playing a ranked match! GRRRRRRRRRRR! Bloody Microsoft!!

So sorry to hear about your console going belly up Acksaw! Mind died about 6 months ago. So I have a good idea what your going through. Out of interest, did you have your console on for long periods of usage? I used to game for sometimes upto 2 hrs or so. However, since my console died I now only play on its replacement for 30 mins at a time. With breaks of an hour in between. Totally crap when you consider the whole point of having the darn thing is to play on it. Still so far so good. I wish you better luck with your next machine!

That's a real bummer. I'm on my 3rd machine... but I play on it sometimes for like 4-5 hrs at a stretch.

Well, 4-5 hour sessions weren't uncommon but hell if you've got a car you drive it! I shall drive the next Xbox into the dust as well so it had better be ready for a drubbing!! NO MERCY!!!!!...........

Sorry, I got a bit carried away in my Microsoft induced rage there. I will treat my next Xbox like a little fluffy baby rabbit, I will stroke it, talk to it softly and feed it a fresh carrot every day............... Ahhhhhhhhh!!! It's only day 2 and I'm already suffering from Xbox withdrawal dementure!!

I have however managed to ressurect my old black brick with the dodgy DVD drive, it seems to like Halo 2 which is good and there even seems to be people still playing it online (they've probably got broken 360's too). Feel free to join me if you see me on Halo 2 however I don't have a headset for ye olde box so conversation will be somewhat thin.
